  • Managing a graphic designer, overseeing workload planning, creative output, and ongoing professional development.

  • Played a pivotal role as a founding team member in establishing the brand identity and guidelines, contributing to the business's growth and achieving an annual revenue increase of 2528% from FY21–24.
